One goal of Know Thy Survey is to encourage people to pursue professional wellness resources.
We have experience with failing to protect our personal wellness, ignoring signs and symptoms of issues we need to address, and waiting too long to pursue therapy and other wellness activities.
We've also seen the benefits of working on ourselves, and want to encourage others to get there sooner than we did.
