Organizations have many options for defining and measuring "burnout", which leads to three important questions: 1. Are they measuring what they think they're measuring? 2. What actions are they taking to address burnout? 3. How are they tracking impact over time (and are they measuring what they think they're measuring)? The burnout measurements organizations choose to use are equally as important as the actions they take to address burnout's impact on employees.
